I believe every single one of us has a profound contribution to share with the world.

Trauma & life’s stressors can put pressure on us mentally, emotionally, and physically. As a result, we often feel disconnected from our true powerful selves, experiencing loneliness & pain.

My greatest passion is to help people find their individual expression, inner strength & abundant joy. This journey of self-discovery awakens:

A spirit of ‘I Matter’ & strengthens their relationships to their families & communities allowing them to live a life that is more complete; full of joy & on purpose.

My Story

Born in Lebanon during the Civil War to Iraqi parents, I was raised in Dubai back when it was still a desert with no malls or fancy urban architecture. Over my lifetime, I have lived on 3 continents & am deeply grateful for the diversity of cultures & religions that I have been introduced to & welcomed into.

I was always a person that people, many times complete strangers, would immediately confide in. I enjoyed being a sounding board for my friends as much as I found absolute joy in helping them discover how beautiful they really are.

I began my journey as a Spiritual Coach & Director before embarking on a deep dive into the esoteric & transpersonal philosophies at the Transformational Arts College of Holistic & Spiritual Training in Toronto, Canada, completing a Spiritual Psychotherapy program.

This transition became a natural progression of my own journey into self-awareness & authentic expression. As I continue to marvel at life's magical expression, I am currently enrolled to complete a PhD. in Metaphysical Sciences. A curiosity for meaning and connection is what lights me up.

Working with individuals from various parts of the world has given me a broader perspective on the intricacies of culture & religion and how they can shape our identities. This often gets reflected when we are in session. How you experienced life & the stories that have been passed down generationally play a major role in how you see yourself & others.

I am not your typical therapist

For as long as I can remember, the magic of the invisible had more truth than the physical illusion of certainty. My practice is spiritually based, led by a wholesome approach to mental & emotional well-being, rooted in the conviction that only YOU are your own authority; guided by the brilliance of your Spirit. I just get to be your co-pilot on this magnificent journey that is YOUR LIFE.

A life goal of mine is to open an animal sanctuary that will become a haven for unconditional love, healing & connection within a therapeutic practice. For now, I continue to foster dogs that are rescued from catastrophe zones & are taken off euthanasia lists.

I am an ultimate optimist and while there seems to be so much hatred & evil in the world, it’s like unsteady waters-when the water gets murky, the life force underneath becomes invisible. But once the water settles, you get to see the beauty of the sky’s reflection.

You are sifting through all the chaos to show us the sky’s reflection.

You are the magnificence of the Universe. You are made of Stardust.

Suha Sagban Young

'Ultimately you are not a person, but a focal point where the universe is becoming conscious of itself. What an amazing miracle.'

Ekhart Tolle

“We have calcium in our bones, iron in our veins, carbon in our souls, and nitrogen in our brains. 93 percent stardust, with souls made of flames, we are all just stars that have people names.”
