Anxiety & Empowerment
Anxiety is a placeholder for additional emotions that symbolize the disconnection of self. What if we acknowledge & love our anxiety to help us identify where we have moved away from our empowered selves? What could be possible?
Depression & Inner Joy
The original meaning of the word Depression is 'to press down' in Latin. Depression can be a very isolating and rejecting experience. It can also be very overwhelming & suffocating. You do not need to be alone in this. Our Spiritual-selves hold the self-compassion & acceptance that is one of many doorways to towards inner joy & connection.

Codependency & Boundaries
When we find ourselves in a codependent relationship, we tend to feel the 'me' is blurred with the 'you'. We find it difficult to find our grounding & sense of complete & whole selves. This can be a very painful emotional & physical experience. You are not alone & you are not responsible for someone else's well-being. Let me help you step into your independent & complete self.

Forgiveness & Self-Love
Forgiveness is an act of self-love. When we open our hearts to forgiveness, we are letting in light, compassion & most of all, reclaiming the power that was once taken away from us.

Anger & Conflict Resolution
Anger can tell us when our boundaries have been crossed. Spiritual Psychotherapy accepts anger as an emotion of movement. I can help you transfer that anger into a safer & more effective expression of your personal limits.
Grief & Unconditional Love
Grief is a very personal experience. It has its own cycle & process. On the other side of grief is the deeper experience of unconditional love. Our ability to have the courage to work through these feelings of mourning & loss is our putting together the pieces of ourselves that felt 'torn' apart & empty. Just like the Japanese practice of Kintsugi, it is the practice of wearing the pain & the scars with pride & ownership, finding a new sense of self within this loss & not without it.
