What is
PHSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy is more than just healing wounds.
It is an opportunity to get validated for what is awesome about us & unleash those hidden parts of ourselves to become fully self-expressed.

There is always something to discover about ourselves & my job is to meet you wherever you are on your journey of self-discovery.

Psychotherapy is a constructive process of addressing personal challenges including emotional conflicts & difficult situations.
It involves working with a trained therapist to share concerns, develop self-awareness, gain an understanding of patterns, & cultivate healthier attitudes & alternatives. By helping clients gain insight & make changes that support their unique needs & objectives, it can lead to a happier & more satisfying life.

What is Spiritual Psychotherapy?
Spiritual psychotherapy is not religious; it is an approach that combines the spiritual body within the therapeutic process, based on a background of transpersonal psychology. This holistic and eclectic process is integrated using a meaningful dialogue about your beliefs, emotions, and behaviors as well as your relationships.
The modalities and techniques that support this approach are varied; from Western philosophies of Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural theories to the Eastern approaches of Mindfulness, Somatic Inquiry (exploring the sensations in your body), and Breathing. This helps integrate the psycho-spiritual within the everyday human experience.
Over my 10 years of Spiritual Coaching and Counselling, I have witnessed individuals yearn for connection, passion; and, ultimately joy. What I have also come to believe is that those things can only be accessed through our spiritual connection. A connection that allows us to understand who we are, why we are here, and what we are meant to do. Once this path is opened up, life becomes a co-creation; the definition we have of ourselves becomes one of choice; and the world ends up becoming a friendly place. We begin to experience life as a magnificent adventure; filled with support, guidance, and possibilities.

This journey may be as rocky & turbulent as it may seem magical. Being able to hold space for ourselves is paramount.
A space of acceptance & compassion.

Everyone who terrifies you is sixty-five percent water. And everyone you love is made of stardust, and I know sometimes you cannot even breathe deeply, and the night sky is no home, and you have cried yourself to sleep enough times that you are down to your last two percent, but nothing is infinite, not even loss. You are made of the sea and the stars, and one day
you are going to find yourself again.
