Fees

Fees are payable by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, or Mastercard at each appointment. E-transfer and PayPal are also accepted.

OHIP Coverage

At this time, OHIP does not cover psychotherapy. Some extended health care plans do, however, so be sure to check yours if you have one. If your plan does cover my services, you would pay in full and submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement.

Regarding Insurance Coverage

It is important that you check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment to determine if you are eligible for coverage. I am not able to provide refunds for services which are subsequently denied coverage by an insurer. I do not offer direct billing. I am typically covered by insurance under the title of Registered Psychotherapist, however; I recommend you check with your provider for accuracy. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
